You love data and hospitality and you want to shape decisions with your analyses? At orderbird, you now have the opportunity to lift a huge treasure of data and generate smart insights: What is the best marketing channel for us? In which industry do we have the best probability of closing a sale? Which ads have the most impact?
As a (Senior) Marketing Data Analyst, you will be responsible for all analyses that help us improve our marketing and sales actions.

Deine Aufgaben

Measuring the effectiveness of our marketing and sales operations like Lead channel analysis, detailed Conversion Rates throughout the customer journey – from lead generation over upselling to churn
Owning the CAC and CLTV metrics
Creating a reliable forecast / sales prediction model (i.e. lead scoring)
Creating an attribution model to account for preparing channels
Working with our enterprise data team on suitable data structures for your analysis
Cohorting analysis

Dein Profil

Worked in similar position at a fast growing SaaS company for at least 3 years
SQL skills (PostgreSQL)
Excellent Excel skills
Expertise working with data Visualization Software (Metabase, PowerBI, Tableau)
Knowledge of state of the the art website tracking techniques is a plus
Familiar with data structures in SFDC is a plus
Python is a plus
Business-fluent English and German skills (written and spoken)
Broad knowledge of Marketing and Sales Funnels
